BOYT(AUS)-SCBR type conveyor belt replacement adopts integrative concept, the driving part adopts built-in three-level transmission. It has advantages of light weight, small size, high transmission ratio and high efficiency. Because it has a high transmission ratio, the conveyor belt replacement equipment can operate safely in low speed. There are 2 types of driving power: 4kw and 7.5kw. The motor is placed outside the coiling block, so it is easy to maintain and examine.

There are various kinds of base and underframe in different specifications and type. The conveyor belt replacement device is fixed on the base and it is combined with the support of belt conveyor in the field by its underframe. The combining methods can be bolt joint or welding; it also can be made into moveable conveyor belt replacement equipment. Besides, we also designed belt fixture for client.

This series equipment can be controlled in 2 modes: local control and remote control, and these 2 control modes can interconvert from each other. In the remote control mode, the start, stop and direction-change of the conveyor belt replacement equipment can be controlled by a lightweight remote control at any point within the effective distance (0~100m) . If use electric control cabinet to control locally, the control cabinet can be installed on the conveyor belt replacement equipment and integrate, or it can be installed separately at the place where the operator can operate conveniently. That realizes the control of start, stop and direction-change of the conveyor belt replacement equipment.

This equipment has overload protection function. When the load on motor exceeds the rated value, the motor will stop automatically to achieve the purpose of protecting motor. The three-phase asynchronous motor equips with an efficient compact electromagnetic brake. That can ensures the motor stop immediately under emergency situation, and overcome the defect of the traditional friction brake that cannot work with load.
